Smart Denture Conversions will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2024, in observance of Memorial Day. Any orders received after 4 PM on Friday, May 24, will be processed beginning Tuesday, May 28.

Shipping & Returns


If you order by 4:00pm EST (Mon.-Fri.) your order will ship the same day.  Orders received after 4:00pm EST (Mon.-Fri.) will ship out the following business day.  Larger orders may require additional time for processing.

Due to high shipping volumes and employment shortages, many carriers are experiencing delivery delays.  To reduce issues, please select a shipping option for your products to arrive early, as we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

All items can be shipped to any location within the United States, with international destinations coming soon.

Customer Pickup - Customer to pick up order at the Apex, NC office within 3 business days of order

Fed-Ex 2-Day – 2-3 Business Days (M-F)

Fed-Ex Standard Overnight – Next Business Day by 4:30pm for Businesses and 8pm for Residences (M-F)

Fed-Ex Priority Overnight – Next Business Day by 10:30am for most Businesses and Noon for Residences (M-F)

Fed-Ex First Overnight – Next Business Day by 8a, 8:30am, 9am or 9:30am to most areas.   Additional extended delivery locations by 2pm. (M-F)

Contact Us if you have questions about shipping.  Due to carrier polices, SDC must be notified of any late or missing shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date.  


Return Policy

If you need to return new, unopened item(s), please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for returning the item(s) from your order.

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund (minus shipping and $50 restocking fee). The shipping and restocking fees will only be waved if the return is a result of our error (ie. receipt of incorrect or defective item). 
Once returnable items are received, a refund or store credit will be issued, based on the situation.


If your need to return defective item(s), please Contact Us and provide photo(s) of defective parts, item lot number and a brief description of your claim. We will respond quickly to replace your item(s) at no cost to you, and provide instructions for how to return defective item(s) from your order.
